After a little research, it turns out a company named Domains By Proxy actually owns the name. But they’re not out of New York, they are out in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona! Publicity stunt, an attempt to drive the resale cost of the name, or a displaced Yankee fan punking the Sox? Either way, a bit embarrassing. I guess they could have redirected to KFC or Budweiser…
