The weather fools might actually be on to something this time. Looks like a pile of snow coming soon to a driveway near you. Please, don’t bother with the frantic rush to the supermarket for milk and batteries. You’ve got leftover turkey? Eggnog? You’re all set. And candy canes are an excellent source of…sugar.

Central Park got 20 inches of snow in the last 24 hours. I am going into Manhattan since being in 4 rooms with my family and only one bathroom is driving me crazy.
If it is as empty as it was yesterday, I might be able to get away with some excellent mischief at the mid-town Yankee store.

We didn't get too much down here, but it was a white christmas at least...we haven't had one in quite some time.

Unfortunately here in CT, we have no liquor sales on Sundays---thankfully I dropped a ton of cash at the likka sto on Friday, so there's plenty of beer still here. On the flip side, it's almost 7 PM and we have already close to 8 inches on the ground---ugh.
