What about Wakey and his crossbow skills? I think Timmy could take down anybody on the team from 200 yds. I think you guys are overrating Youk’s Hillybillyness, remember when Manny slapped him around in the dugout, Manny? Or was that Timlin and his crossbow skills? I don’t remember.

I think we’re seriously underestimating Mikey Lowell. So what if he’s got a bum hip? He’s wicked smaht. I see him recruiting co-conspirators among previously vanquished teammates, and engaging Josh B in a distracting pre-brawl conversation about smuggling Cuban microbrews up to the Cape. Ramon Ramirez shows up at the locker asking what it’s all about. Mikey translates efficiently into Spanish. But JB loses focus in the interim, and–wham! That’s when Mikey throws the bag over his head and he and Papi and Pedey wrestle him into the steamer trunk.

You guys forgot Lackey! And I’m not so sure Pedroia would take Youk. How many times has Pedey charged the mound? But overall, I agree, the Commander is by far the toughest on team.

The comment about Beltre dropping whatever weapon he had almost made me pee my pants and I loved the Trot Nixon comment.
