Watching Squirrels Officially Cooler than Watching Daisuke Matsuzaka Pitch
During the second inning of tonight's game, the NESN cameras caught a squirrel on the field, scuffling past J.D. Drew, as depicted in the screen-shot below:


Seconds later, the camera panned back to the plate, where the advertisement on the backstop promotes a website with the name... savingsquirrels.com:


All of which means the stage is set for Julian Tavarez to show up somewhere around the ninth inning in a full-body squirrel suit.

Now, back to the game.
